Carmella, You don't know me, but I spoke to you briefly when I was picking up a small order today and I commented on how you probably keep everyone in line with your new cane! I found out you bring cookies to the plant every Friday and I was offered one. I didn't know there were still people that treat their employees and customers like family anymore. But then again I guess I should have known as I was treated like an honoured guest and not just another number when I placed small order and again when I picked it up! I asked if you were the owner and I was told you are Mike's mother and you come in a few days a week. The atmosphere at Magneto is extraordinary to say the least. Everyone is friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful. Such rare traits in companies these days! I am sure that you are in some way responsible for establishing that culture...kudos to you!
