At the end of 2023 Magneto Electric deployed our annual customer satisfaction survey consisting of a wide range of questions asking our customers where they think we needed to focus our efforts in 2024 for us to build more robust business processes, address key customer pain points and evolve our business solutions to meet the ever-changing demands of each of the industries we serve.
We couldn’t be more excited to share some of the key results with you! An outstanding 98% of respondents indicated that our team meets and exceeds delivery timelines, 84% rated their satisfaction on interactions with our inside sales team at a 9+ out of 10 and 80% of respondents rated our service quality better than our competitors.
At Magneto Electric we treat our customers like part of the family, we lean into the challenges they are facing with their equipment and work together to build solutions that meet and exceed demands.
